Effective May 20, 2015, Ridgepointe Homeowners Association, Inc. entered into a contract with CMA Management to provide financial management services.  This change will allow RPHOA to better comply with recent changes to Texas laws which regulates homeowners associations.

Please note this change is for accounting services, including payment of HOA dues, balance inquires and resale certificates only.

All other functions (compliance, architechural control, etc.) remain with the RPHOA Board.

CMA cannot assist with anything other than financial account status and resale certificates.  If contacted regarding anything else you will be referred back to the Ridgepointe HOA website.  You can contact CMA as indicated below:
