CONTEST RULES

• Contest is open to all Ridgepointe HOA members or Tenants in good standing, except:

• Board Members are not eligible

• Members or Tenants winning any prize in the annual Holiday Decorating Contest during the prior three (3) years are not eligible

• Judging is performed by the Board Members.  All decisions are final.

• Winners agree to permit a sign to be placed in the front yard through January 1^st of the following year

• Winners will be notified in person, postal letter or email

• Prizes will be presented in person or by postal letter
