The RPHOA Board congratulates the Cox's! Recently the RPHOA Board of Directors approved a "Yard of the Month" program, to be implemented and judged by the Compliance Committee and the Board. The purpose of the Yard of the Month is to maintain and improve the appearance of our community by promoting well-kept yards. Each month the winner will receive a $50 Home Depot award certificate, and will proudly display a "Yard of the Month" sign in their yard.
